“I can’t say that I have noticed any changes in my body, but my friends have been commenting (positively) on it.  Never in a million years did I think I would become “that” person – the one who is itching to get back into the gym after some time off for holidays etc.  My friends are even surprised that still, after 9 months, I am turning down stints in the pub in favour of these gym classes!”
