Group Transformation Training For Women
These are small group classes for women, limited to 10 in a group. My groups are all about having fun while making progress. You can chat, have a laugh, and work hard at the same time. The classes are aimed at fat loss and increasing strength, but the most important result is improving overall body image and confidence. Classes combine a mix of weights, kettlebells, TRX, and bodyweight training to keep it interesting and varied.
Classes are Monday Wednesday and Thursday
Group times are 7am, 6pm, and 7pm
Training 3 times a week is €120 per month
If group training is not for you i have limited personal training slots for men and women. All sessions are tailored to your individual goals.
Prices vary depending on how often you would be training.
